How can you get more anxiety relationship?

been with my bf for 3 and ½ years. reltionship great. broken for a few months - do Breakin up. we got back together. after four months of being back, I started when I was anxious around him. I love him so much and I tried to convey these feelings bc I know I do not want to not be with him. sometimes I'm fine and I wonder why worry. other times I get physically sick … Most of the time it is anticipatory anxiety …. the anguish and anxiety. will I do today? I will feel anxious when I see him? we are moving in together, and I'm freaking I'm in a constant state of anxiety when i go in. I know I want to do but I Ove bc I want our relationship to the next step. I want to conquer my fear … how i can move past the anxiety and cherish and value what I have and stop worrying about what-if? Help.

I wonder if your anxiety is actually the anxiety of losing, rather than have it? It is normal that when you have some something you love, losing is worse than anything. So maybe at some level, you do not trust him not to break with you. I think that if this is the case, you should learn to be independent. Learn to love yourself first, and be able to function without that person in your life. Then you two can grow together, rather than you being with him, live in fear that one day he will break with you. Hope this helps
